Malnourished and Dehydrated

Because of the nursing home’s failure to keep her clean and dry and provide pressure relief, she developed an infected bedsore on her coccyx. She developed a Pseudomonas urinary tract infection.

Her death was caused by her infected bedsore, her urinary tract infection, and her malnutrition and dehydration.

Her family retained the Law Office of David M. Jamieson. Their case was resolved to her family’s satisfaction.
